Institute of Chartered Accountants of India held the Chartered Accountant Common Proficiency Test (CA CPT) on 17 June, 2012. This exam is first level of Chartered Accountancy examinations. ICAI conducts CPT exams in June and December.

ICAI is likely declare the CA CPT June Result in second or third week of July. The result will be announced on ICAI website http://www.icai.org. and you can also check your result at: http://caresults.nic.in/

A large no. of candidates participate in CA CPT exam. There are Fundamentals of Accounting, Mercantile Laws, Economics and Quantitative Aptitude subjects covered by this exam.
